How does your company develop at Chinese aluminum market？
Our well sold equipment is dross and scrap melted KTO. Since the first KTO20 built at 2016, now we totally have five sets at china. In Europe, we also have reference plant at Austria、France 、Italy、Chech. Etc,
KTO can not only melt dross, but also scrap like UBC、chips block、aluminum plastic compound plate、Coil、Cable、Motor blocks、wheel etc. without pretreatment, our KTO use oxygen – air – gas burner to heat furnace wall. The burning lost is very low and the metal recycling efficiency can reach 97%. Only 3% ~ 6% metal will be still in the salt slag. As for KTO20, it can melt 100~120t/day, 6 cycles. Regarding each cycle, it consumes only about 600m3 natural gas, 1100 m3 oxygen gas, 120 ~ 3000kg industrial salt, electrical power 500 kwh. The equipment availability can reach 98% per year.
What's more, we also manufacture 2xxx、7xxx air craft aluminum alloy production equipment. Like flat ingot vertical casting machine, precise plate saw, aluminum alloy plate water immersion ultrasonic testing line and CT Testing line which has been built at Aleris.
What is your selling point and core-competitiveness at market?
Clear water and green hill is the mountain of gold and silver. Now the secondary dross has been defined as Hazardous waste in 【national catalogue of hazardous waste】, waste type HW48 non-ferrous melting, waste code is 321-024-48.
Burning loss of Traditional secondary aluminum fire furnace is above 5% while our KTO can reduce metal loss by 50%, melting and casting cost by 30%. Equipped with bag house filter, it can improve working condition and reach requirement of environmental protection law.
How to realize interactive trust and win-win condition?
The benefit of our customer is the benefit of us. Since the trend is we use more and more aluminum to replace steel、wood and copper in field of automobile, furniture, cable, TV frame, refrigerator cooling pipeline, mobile phone block, suit cast, battery foil etc, our customer always hope to reduce equipment investment, operation cost, labor fees, reach high productivity and environmental protection laws.

As for most of the problems, we do not need to reach job site for checking. Sometimes we can use internet to connect customer’s main control desk, then we can see all the parameters and give them professional comments. We can off life time wears parts and spare parts and give maintenance advise.
